Deposit Policy

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, and is automatically charged to the credit card on the due date, unless otherwise arranged.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 45 days or less prior to your arrival date, your deposit and your balance payment are non-refundable.

If you cancel over 45 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable, and your balance payment will not be charged to your credit card.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Conditions of Rental

By the act of submitting their cash or credit card for payment, the Guest hereby acknowledges and accepts the following Terms of Rental

Complimentary Internet Account
Requests for the use our complimentary internet dial-up account must be made prior to arrival at The Aspens. There is also wireless internet service (fee) in the building, as well as an internet centre (fee) near the lobby.
Damage Deposit
A  damage deposit of CAD$ 250.00 is required in advance.

Delayed Arrivals
We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. 

Failure To Pay By Due Date
For Guests paying by cash, failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund.
Damage To The Suite
The Guest is responsible for all damage incurred while the Guest is renting the property, including damage caused by visitors of the Guest.  All costs incurred as a result of damage to the suite will automatically be charged back to the Guest's credit card.
Maximum Capacity
The maximum overnight capacity for a one bedroom suite is 4 persons (including adults and children).  The maximum overnight capacity for a two bedroom suite is 6 persons (including adults and children).  Exceeding this number will result in immediate eviction without recourse, including forfeiture of all rental amounts paid.
Excessive Noise / Disturbing The Peace
Creating excessive noise or disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction without recourse, including forfeiture of all rental amounts paid.
